The panel featured record-breaking Indian athlete and Asian Games gold medallist Vithya Ramraj, Shitija Nahata, Founder of Fit Chef and Nutrition & Wellness Coach, Shiny Surendran, Sports, Holistic & Preventive Dietitian, and leading gynaecologists Dr. Padma Ramkrishnan and Dr. Narassa Narayani. Discussions explored hormonal balance, intimate hygiene, product safety, environmental exposures and changing health needs across different life stages, encouraging women to make informed choices. 

Drawing on her 16 years of textile industry experience in Tirupur, Maheswari Moorthy, Founder of ZOYCARE Hygiene Private Limited, emphasised the need for menstrual products that prioritise women's health, comfort and quality. Co-founder Samantha Ruth Prabhu highlighted the importance of transparency and conscious choices in products used closest to the body.
