One of India’s biggest employment events, the Mega Chennai Job Fair 2026, is set to take place at Loyola College on July 11, 2026, bringing together 500+ leading companies and offering access to more than 50,000 job opportunities across diverse sectors.
Organized jointly by The Rise Foundation and GiveLife Foundation, with the support of Loyola College and Chennai’s HR community, the event aims to connect thousands of aspiring candidates with top employers under one roof.

The fair will feature 216 manufacturing companies and 94 IT & ITES organizations, alongside recruiters from banking & finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education, logistics, tourism, retail, sales, marketing, and many other industries.
The organizers have an impressive track record of conducting large-scale employment drives. A job fair in Tirunelveli during June 2025 saw over 8,000 candidates receive offer letters in a single day, while another event in Tiruchirappalli in February 2026 enabled more than 12,000 job seekers to secure employment opportunities. Building on this success, the Chennai edition is targeting an unprecedented 25,000+ offer letters in a single day.
Participation is free for all pre-registered candidates, and neither the organizers nor participating companies charge any recruitment fee. Candidates who arrive without prior registration can still attend by paying a nominal registration fee of ₹100.
