Chennai to Host IMTOF & IPPEX 2026 from April 2 to 6 at the Chennai Trade Centre

Chennai, March 31, 2026: The city is set to witness one of India’s premier industrial exhibitions, IMTOF & IPPEX 2026, organised by the Madras Machine Tools Manufacturers Association. The five-day international event will be held from April 2 to 6, 2026, at the Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam. It will bring together leading stakeholders from sectors such as machine tools, die and mould, plastics, polymers, design, and advanced manufacturing technologies.

The exhibition will feature a wide array of cutting-edge technologies and solutions, including advanced CNC machines, tooling systems, plastics processing technologies, robotics and automation, machine tools, die and mould solutions, and innovations in design and additive manufacturing. Visitors can also explore developments in cutting tools, metrology, and smart manufacturing systems.

The event will be inaugurated on April 2 at 10:00 AM in the presence of distinguished dignitaries from government, industry, and academia.

Alongside the exhibition, a three-day international conference titled Blentrix International Conference will be held from April 3 to 5. The conference will focus on key themes such as scientific tooling, advanced manufacturing, sustainability, and emerging technologies.

A special initiative, Skill Connect, will also be launched during the event to address the gap between industry manpower requirements and skilled talent. The platform aims to facilitate employment opportunities in the engineering and plastics sectors through structured engagement.

The event is expected to draw a large number of national and international participants, including industry leaders, engineers, entrepreneurs, and students, positioning it as a major platform for innovation, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
