The brand is introduced by Tip and Toe Salon, pioneers in the specialised nails, lash, and brow segment, positioning YBE as a structured, professional alternative to both premium salons and unorganised budget setups.

Spread across approximately 400 sq. ft., the Chennai outlet is designed as a compact, design-forward space featuring four nail stations, three pedicure loungers, and a dedicated lash and brow zone. With minimal beige-chrome interiors and a digital-first booking and payment system supporting UPI and cards, the outlet blends aesthetic appeal with operational efficiency. A key differentiator is YBE’s 60-minute service commitment—every treatment is structured to be completed within an hour, catering to time-conscious working professionals and college students.

YBE’s menu spans three core categories. The nail services include gel polish applications such as Cat Eye and advanced nail art formats, Gel X systems, manicures, and pedicures. Lash offerings cover Classic, Hybrid, and Volume extensions, along with lash lifting, while the brow bar provides lamination, tinting, and shaping. Treatments like Gel X application, advanced nail art, lash lifting, and brow lamination—drawn from international techniques—are not widely available in a standalone format in Chennai, positioning YBE as an early entrant in the city’s organised beauty bar segment. Services are delivered by a team trained by professionals from TIP&TOE, with senior technicians overseeing quality standards.

The pricing model is designed to bridge the gap between premium and budget salons, offering accessible rates for gel polish and mani-pedi services, competitively priced lash extensions, and launch-phase introductory offers.

Chennai was selected as the debut market due to its rapidly expanding urban youth demographic—including college students, young professionals, and content creators—and the relative absence of organised, specialised beauty bar formats. YBE is built as a scalable, franchise-ready model, with expansion planned across metro and Tier 1 cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad, followed by Tier 2 markets.
