Chennai, November 12, 2025: VS Hospitals, a leading cancer care centre in Chennai, has launched HOPE (Holistic Oncology Program for Excellence) and a new Department of Precision Oncology, marking a major leap forward in personalised cancer care. These initiatives aim to enhance diagnosis accuracy, improve survival rates, reduce treatment burdens, and elevate patients’ overall quality of life.

The launch was graced by Ms. Rohini Molleti, actress and social worker, in the presence of Prof. Dr. S. Subramanian, Founder Chairman & Managing Director, along with senior oncologists and hospital leaders. As part of HOPE, VS Hospitals has signed an MoU with Tweak & Eat, a US-based AI-driven health platform, to provide patients with real-time personalised meal plans, instant feedback, and continuous dietary adjustments throughout treatment and recovery.

The hospital also runs an exclusive Familial Cancer Screening Clinic, which uses advanced models like CanRisk and germline genetic testing to assess inherited cancer risks and guide prevention strategies.

“Cancer care should go beyond surgery or chemotherapy,” said Prof. Dr. S. Subramanian. “Our HOPE model delivers holistic, compassionate, and precision-driven care—uniting genetic insights, emotional support, AI-guided nutrition, and rehabilitation for body, mind, and spirit.”
