Chennai, March 04, 2025: Gemini Edibles and Fats India Ltd, India’s No 1 Sunflower oil company with 21.7% All India Market Share (Freedom & Be-Rite brands) and Coimbatore-based Sree Annapoorna Foods, one of country's oldest spice processing brands, have formed a joint venture - GEF Foods India Pvt Ltd - to make and distribute masalas, meal mixes and more.
