Chennai, August 25, 2022: Indian Chamber of Commerce Tamil Nadu State Office and State Council was today inaugurated at a glittering function at ITC Grand Chola Hotel, Chennai.

At the Inauguration function, Dr. Rajeev Singh Director General Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) gave the introductory address and Mr. Pashupathy Gopalan, Chairman Tamil Nadu State Council Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) welcomed the gathering. Mr. Pradeep Surekha President - Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) delivered the key note address. The other dignitaries present were H.E Mr.Youngseup Kwon, Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chennai, H.E Sheiley Salehin, Deputy High Commission for the People's Republic of Bangladesh, H.E Ms. Mariana Pacheco, Ambassador of Colombia to India New Delhi, Thiru S. Krishnan IAS, Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu (Industries). Thiru M. Subramanian Hon'ble Minister For Health and Family Welfare, Government of Tamil Nadu is the Chief Guest.

About Indian Chamber of Commerce: Founded in 1925, Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is a National Chamber of Commerce with Pan India operations having offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, and Guwahati. ICC is the only Chamber from India to win the first prize in World Chambers Competition in Quebec, Canada. ICC also has a very strong focus upon Economic Research & Policy issues - it regularly undertakes Macro-economic Surveys/Studies, prepares State Investment Climate Reports and Sector Reports, provides necessary Policy Inputs & Budget Recommendations to Governments at State & Central levels.
