Chennai: HOB Club and Lounge, Nungambakkam hosted their debut Fashion Friday's at HOB on 26-08-2022 which is to continue every month. The first ever Fashion Friday's at HOB showcased the exclusive collections of Fashion Designer Stephin Lalan with Jishnu Menon and Sindhoori as showstoppers in a runway choreographed by Sunil Menon in the presence of elite guests.

The collection showcased was Supernova - by STEPHIN LALAN, is an explosion of colour, texture and asymmetry. Conceived as an exploration of the relationship between form and function, the collection seeks to reimagine comfort and couture in a seamless blend.

Stephin Lalan, is a young and exuberant fashion designer from Chennai. His eponymous label for the contemporary Indian offers a eclectic range of couture and pret wear for both men and women. Seetharaman along with other office bearers.  During the press meet, Seetharaman outlined what actions the Central and State Governments should take. He also said that more than 20,000 men’s, women’s, and student hostels operating across Tamil Nadu are facing severe difficulties due to an acute shortage of cooking gas. Chennai, March 24, 2026: In a landmark advancement for cardiac care in India, Madras Medical Mission (MMM) has successfully performed the country’s first implantation of the Evaheart Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD), while also achieving a global first with the implantation of the latest-generation Evaheart 3 model. The breakthrough procedure offers renewed hope for patients suffering from end-stage heart failure with limited treatment options. The procedure was carried out on a 42-year-old man who presented with severe chest pain and breathlessness and was diagnosed with a massive heart attack that caused extensive damage to the heart muscle. Despite aggressive medical management, including pharmacological support and an intra-aortic balloon pump, his condition deteriorated into advanced heart failure, compounded by kidney dysfunction.
