Launches its First Chennai Store In Palladium Mall, Velachery

Concepts Store, has formally launched its First in Chennai
at the marquee address – the
Palladium Mall, Phoenix Market City , Velachery, this afternoon. Chairman of the Bronet Group, Mr. Haris K P inaugurated the Store in a
glittering function attended by select elite of the City.

Speaking on the
occasion, Mr. Haris said that this store, set in 3000 sft. area, would
certainly be fulfilling the aesthetic and space needs of Indian conditions and
the globe-trotting multi-cultural multi-ethnic new generation. In fact, tracing the origin of the very
concept of Stories, he mentioned that what gave birth to this concept store was
the absence of one single store entity which could meet the one of Founder’s
requirements when he was looking for furnishing his home with something not
only ergonomically functional but modern and aesthetic as well.
The launch was
followed by two sessions for architects and builders, where display of
furniture, furnishing and other accessories in the mock up living room, bed
room, etc., was arranged elegantly for a real touch and feel of the same. This was much appreciated by the architect
and builder community, who came in good numbers to witness the same.
After putting in
years of research and explorations and understanding the customer needs,
Stories’ first foray was in Kozhikode of Kerala in 2010, bringing from 19
countries (including Italy , Germany , Turkey , Philippines,
Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, China and Vietnam ), world-class furniture,
furnishings and home accessories to every class of people. Stories also helps the discerning customer
who wants the complete designing for his home on an end to end basis by helping
with the furniture design and sourcing the furniture and other items from
select vendors. The success of this
outlet has prompted the management to open new stores in Bangalore, Cochin and
Pune as well. The Kochi store, set in a
sprawling 48000 sft. area, incidentally, is South India’s largest lifestyle
destination. Stories has a mind-boggling
SKU count of 16000+ items of furniture, furnishing and home accessories truly
spoiling the customer for choice and offers, in tune with the current trend,
these on online platform as well. The
product range is certainly unique in terms of design and quality and also
priced competitively.
Mr K P Saheer, Founder and
Group MD, indicated that Stories plans to expand its footprint significantly
and is targeting to have 20 Stores across India by 2020.
