Chennai, August 08, 2026: ICL Fincorp has announced the opening of its latest public issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) from 10th August 2026, offering investors an effective yield of up to 12.25%. Backed by a 35-year legacy of financial reliability, the offering is designed for investors seeking structured returns with flexible tenure and payout options.

The NCD issue will remain open until 21st August 2026 and carries a CRISIL BBB-/STABLE rating. Each NCD has a face value of ₹1,000, with 10 schemes (10 ISINs) across tenures of 13, 24, 36, 60 and 72 months. Investors can choose monthly, annual or cumulative interest payout options, with interest rates ranging from 10.00% to 12.25%. The minimum application is ₹10,000 (10 NCDs), followed by investments in multiples of one NCD.
