CTACIS To Host Entrepreneurs And Traders Sangamam Thamizhar 4.0 To Globalise Tamil Business!
Chennai, July 8, 2026: In a massive boost to regional trade, the Confederation of Tamil Agriculture Commerce Industry and Services (CTACIS) will host a premier Global Trade & Business Summit at Chennai's Hilton Hotel on July 24 and 25. Titled "Thamizhar 4.0," this high-profile Sangamam will unite over 500 Tamil-speaking entrepreneurs and traders from across India and the globe, marking it as one of the region's largest B2B networking events.
The summit leverages the deep global footprints of the Tamil diaspora, spanning Indian hubs like Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Goa, to markets in the UAE, Oman, the EU, and the ASEAN-Pacific nations like Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and Australia. High-volume B2B deals and key MoUs are expected to be signed.

A central objective is uplifting the MSME sector. Renowned industry figures including MaFoi K. Pandiarajan, 'Naturals' C.K. Government bodies like the TN Dept of MSME, TIIC, SIDBI, and NSIDC will also be present to link attendees with vital state and central schemes.
Politically, the summit will urge the TN Government to build a collaborative bridge between big industries and MSMEs, and establish Trade Mission offices in FTA-linked countries. Ultimately, it calls upon global Tamils to build an informal economic cooperative to champion local products against hyper-capitalism.
