Chennai: Aiming at women empowerment, G-TEC COMPUTER EDUCATION has launched the third phase of the G-TEC Women Power Project, selecting 1002 women to receive free skill training and job placements. Women up to the age of 35 will be selected from all G-TEC centers across India for this initiative. The project ensures job placement within six months after the completion of the training. In the past two years, 1000 women in 2023 and 1001 women in 2024 were trained and provided with jobs under this project, said G-TEC Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Mehroof.I. Manalody.
The 2025 edition of the G-TEC Women Power Project has inaugurated by cine actress and Kalaimamani award winner Mrs. Devayani. Interested women up to the age of 35 can apply either directly through G-TEC centers or online. G-TEC has clarified that this project is being implemented as part of its social responsibility and will continue as a recurring initiative. Job placements will be handled through G-TEC's dedicated placement wing, G-TEC JobsBank.

The event was presided over by G-TEC GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Mehroof I Manalody and featured the presence of Cine Actress and Kalaimamani awardee Mrs. Devayani, Dr. Sajeev Kumar S. (Vice President, Medhavi Skills University), and G-TEC Executive Director Mr. Mishal Aboobacker.
G-TEC Introduces MyCredits Digilocker Verified Certification program for School and College Students: G-TEC EDUCATION has officially launched its Digi locker verified certification program, aimed at delivering skill-based learning to school and college students. The inauguration ceremony was held at Habilis Hotel Chennai.
Dr. Sajeev Kumar S., Vice President of Medhavi Skills University has participated in the event, explained the importance of the skill credit system, the significance of DigiLocker-verified certifications available to students, and the future job opportunities such certifications can unlock. The function was presided over by Mr. Mehroof I Manalody, Chairman and Managing Director of G-TEC Group of Institutions and he highlighted the opportunities G-TEC's skill development program offers to both students and educational institutions. By acquiring Digi locker verified certificates students will be equipped for modem job markets through specialized courses and certifications. These courses empower students with verified, industry-relevant skills.
Most in demand Authorised, SAP - Premium courses now at G-TEC
Additionally, the event also saw the launch of G-TEC's new range of SAP premium courses in modules such as SAP Ariba, ABAP, SuccessFactors, HCM. These allow students to pursue globally recognized and authorised certifications at affordable rates. Through G-TEC, which is an authorized partner of major companies like SAP, Tally, ZOHO BOOKS, EC COUNCIL, IAB, ABMA students gain access to internationally accredited certifications that can help them build strong career paths.
