SRMIST’s Department of Chemistry inaugurated an International
conference ICRAMC-2019!!
Chennai: The Department of
Chemistry, SRM Institute of Science and Technology is organizing the 3rd
International Conference on Recent Advances in Material Chemistry (ICRAMC -
2019) during 13-15, February 2019 at SRMIST, Kattankulathur Campus in
association with the Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA),
France. The event is sponsored by DST-SERB, Govt. of India and CSIR, India.
More
than 300 technical papers will be presented in 5 sessions and the presented
papers will be submitted as full manuscripts for possible publication in
technical journals – Materials Today Proceedings (Elsevier) / Materials
Research Express. The event will see participants from countries like France,
USA, South Korea, Taiwan, Chile, China, USA, Japan, Thailand, Turkey to name a
few. This conference will address the recent research advancements in the field
of Materials Chemistry and the new strategies for the development of new
materials for the Global requirement.
For the
inaugural event, The Chief Guest Padmashri, Dr.Mylswamy Annadurai, Vice
President, Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology& Former Director, ISRO
Satellite Centre, Bengaluru inaugurated the conference and released the
proceedings. Prof. Dr. Sandeep Sancheti, Vice Chancellor SRMIST presided over
the conference. Dr. M. Arthanareeswari, Convenor ICRAMC 2019 welcomed the
delegates. Prof. Gilberte Chambaud, President of French Chemical Society,
University of Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, France delivered the special address. Dr.
K. Ananathanarayanan, Coordinator ICRAMC 2019 introduced the chief Guest and
Dr.S.M.Mahalingam, Associate Professor, SRMIST delivered the vote of thanks.
The conference
