Chennai, April 16th, 2021: Social Activist - S. Naga Manickam today at a Press Meet announced  A Study Report "On How To Grant Pension Better Than Old Pension Scheme Under National Pension Scheme"

He has named the Scheme as PEPPER. If given a chance, he is ready to present  this formula to our Respected and Honourable Prime Minister and also to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. He also has two more formulae which will be known to Honourable Prime Minister only due to huge financial implications.

Naga Manickam said, In the past decade, I witnessed several protests and strikes held by various associations and unions of the central and state government employees against the implementation of New Pension Scheme and demanding restoration of the Old Pension Scheme.  Unfortunately, the central government has turnd down their demand by stating that the restoration of Old Pension Scheme is impossible as it involves huge cost implications.

Being a rational citizen, I decided to study the matter in depth and do some research with a view to find a suitable remedy for the issue since I understood that their demand is a genuine one involving their old age retired life and also such prolonged protests would in no way be good for this beautiful nation.  Accordingly, I made a broad study of the issues from all the angles and dimensions and found an apt formula that will be acceptable for both the sides i.e. the employees as well as the governments.
