Participants are:  Thiruvallur District, Kanchipuram, Dharmapuri, Virudhunagar, Kanyakumari, Erode, Sivagangai, Thoothukudi,  Madurai, Tirunelveli,  Tenkasi, Thiruchi & Coimbatore.
